Datuk Haji Mokhtar Bin Samad is an Executive Chairman of Syarikat Dusari Sdn Bhd, one of a leading player in Malaysia’s construction sector and the Honourable Advisor to the Malaysian Bumiputera Contractors Association (PKBM). He previously served as the President of the Malay Contractors Association of Malaysia (PKMM) and as a Board Member of the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), where he contributed significantly to shaping national policies and strategies for the industry. As a highly respected construction industry leader with decades of experience, he has been at the forefront of advancing the role of Bumiputera contractors and strengthening Malaysia’s construction ecosystem. Beyond his corporate and industry leadership, he exemplifies the spirit of lifelong learning. He earned an Executive Master in Project Management from UMP Advanced Education (UAE) and was awarded the Lifelong Learning Professional Award at the 14th Convocation of Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP) in 2019.

Dato’ Sr. Dr. Haji Kamarul Rashdan Bin Haji Salleh is a seasoned C-Suite leader, Chartered Quantity Surveyor, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of international experience in the property and construction sector. Founder of the Terengganu Ecocycle Industrial Park and Chairman of the Malaysian Professional and Entrepreneur Club Malaysia, he has held senior roles in leading Malaysian corporations such as Managing Director of Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad and Chief Operating Officer of Pembinaan BLT Sdn Bhd. He also spent 15 years in the UK as Associate Director of MACE London, Commercial Manager of Balfour Beatty Sharston and Associate Director of Davis Langdon Manchester. Recognised as a World Cities Summit Young Leader (2014), he is known for bridging corporate leadership and entrepreneurial innovation and driving transformative social projects such as Skim Rumah Mampu Milik and Skim Rumah Ibu. He is also highly sought after as a policy advisor, having advised both the Malaysian and British Governments on public policy, socioeconomic development, institutional reform, and change management. Dr. Badaruddin Bin Nordin is a distinguished corporate leader and Professional Engineer with over 36 years of experience in higher education, engineering, and corporate governance. He is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln University College Malaysia and has held key board positions at Kolej Polytech MARA Malaysia, Universiti Kuala Lumpur, Kolej Komuniti under the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia, and Herbalist Malaysia. With more than a decade of experience as a Chief Executive Officer and Board Member, he has led organisations through periods of transformation, expansion, and institutional strengthening. Dato’ Haji Othman Bin Nanyan retired in 2021 after 41 years of service with the Royal Malaysia Police, culminating as Deputy Commissioner of Police and Secretary of the Force. He has led nationwide operations in command and control, narcotics enforcement, and criminal investigations, and represented Malaysia in the United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Kosovo, strengthening his global outlook and cross-border engagement. Today, he serves as a strategic advisor to corporations and institutions, with a focus on governance, regulatory compliance, security strategy, and crisis management.
